Sa-ard in Thai Language means “CLEAN”. Cleanliness is our most important principle at Adelphi Hospitality Group. We have chosen to use this word as it is very common word amongst our team members. We have created policy by using the guidance from global health and safety recommendations, and we now operate Sa-ard Services as a part of our policy at Adelphi Hospitality Group. This initiative influences, and benefits greatly, your guest experiences for the entire duration of your stay.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS

Temperature checks are conducted on all guests, team members and suppliers entering the hotel. There are no exceptions to this policy.

FACE MASK AND GLOVES

All team members that service guests must wear face mask and gloves at all time. All guests must wear a face mask in the public areas at all times except when enjoying our restaurant facilities. Again, there are no exceptions to this policy.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

We use products with high quality that can kill germs virus. Enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures have been implemented in guestrooms, public spaces, elevators, restaurants, gym and throughout the hotel’s ‘back-of-house’ operations. We clean and disinfect high touch surface areas every 30 minutes as well as performing periodical deep cleaning of all public spaces.

PUBLIC SPACES & SEATING

We have modified public spaces in line with current national and city guidelines on social distancing and welfare. There is, therefore, a minimum distance of 1.5 to 2 metres between seats in our bars, restaurants, lobby and poolside.

GUESTROOM CLEANLINESS AND IN-ROOM AMENITIES

Our housekeeping team members follows strict protocols when undertaking the enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures. A sterilizer machine is used as a final measure leaving each room with a fresh, clean and fragrant aroma. Each guest receives a complimentary face mask and hand sanitiser upon arrival.

GUEST PRIVACY LEVEL

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and we are aware that you may prefer that team members do not enter your room to conduct standard hotel services. To respect the wishes of individual guests we offer a ‘Privacy Service’ where guests inform us in advance when a particular service is required.

POOL PRE-REGISTERED POLICY

To respect social distancing in the swimming pool we retain the pool exclusively for registered in-house guests and exercise social distancing according to regulations. This helps us to manage the number of guests in the pool at any one time.
